I am writing to thank you for the recent installation of a deck at the front of our property. The installation was a great success. The design has transformed the property and greatly improved the appearance of the house. It has created much more living space as well as somewhere to relax and enjoy the view and to entertain.
Please could you pass on my thanks to Simon for the design and multiple alterations and also to the office team for coordinating the work and providing sound advice.
Special thanks should go to the fitters for all their hard work in getting the deck erected in such a short time. They worked long hours in very poor weather, never complained and were always helpful and accommodating. Their skill and professionalism is a credit to your company.

I would like to thank your company for its quality of work and your advice in choice of wood. The decking does indeed have the wow factor that I was after. The fitters worked like Spartans the whole time they were here; were courteous and professional throughout and drank us dry of tea which we were very happy to provide !
The final design of the decking with the raised gate is a vast improvement on what I had originally envisaged and the fine tolerances that the decking has been built to exceeded my expectations.
I commend to you both fitters - it was a pleasure to have two workmen who took such pride in their work and who were so keen to help and make sure that we were happy with their work.
